has placed and restored over 1500 dental implants in the past 17 years, and has traveled both nationally and international teaching and training other doctors in the art and science of implant dentistry. He is a 1990 graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, where he also completed a post-graduate AEGD residency in 1991.

His professional memberships include the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Dallas County Dental Society.

Dr. Fisher maintains an ongoing ministry and educational presence in Moscow, Kazan, Chelny, and Menzelinsk, Russia where he travels twice yearly working with local churches and teaching area dentists. He also travels to various areas of Mexico yearly providing emergency dental services to those in need.

Dr. Fisher has been married for over 20 years to his high school sweetheart Carla, and they have two children, Landon and Monica. In addition to spending time at home with his family, his interests include ministry and mission trips to Russia, classical music, photography, history, and reading.
